Can I purchase or redeem a Lula Mena Gift Card online?
To purchase a Gift Card, search Gift Card on the search box or find it on the collections page. To redeem a gift card, please do so by entering the code at the checkout process or by visiting our store.

Can I pick up my merchandise at the local store?
Store pickup is available for any product on our website.
Will I receive all the items on my order at the same time?
Yes, everything you order would be shipped or delivered at the same time. *Note: delays of products can be due to our artisan's workload.
What if I have an issue during or after my delivery?

Can I request delivery on a Saturday or Sunday?
Local Deliveries can be scheduled Monday-Saturday, excluding company-observed holidays. International Shipments are programmed from Monday-Friday, excluding company-observed holidays. Additional information about Delivery & Shipping.
Do you ship to the US or other international destinations?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Deliveries to Canada and U.S. territories and international destinations require custom quotes. Please contact Lula Mena by email at firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com for details.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Can I return an item to a store location?
Items purchased and taken with you from a store location must be returned to a store location. Items delivered by Lula Mena or a third-party shipping partner must be returned in the same manner. Please contact Lula Mena to coordinate the return of purchases made on lulamena.com.
What if my item(s) does not look like what I saw in the store or online?
Many of our pieces are as unique as the artisan that made them. And, the little details are a big reminder that a real person created something special just for you. Collections crafted from recycled materials, and other natural materials showcase beautiful, organic variations, irregular distresses, sporadic oxidation, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered quality defects.
We make every effort to accurately display our products' colors on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.
